You can make a request to update or change the personal bank account details associated with your Nutmeg account at any time.
If haven't finished the account sign up process, simply send us a Nutmail with your new bank, branch, sort code and account number and we'll get this sorted for you.
If you only have a General Investment Account (GIA), ISA or Lifetime ISA:
If you're an existing customer you can update your details by giving us a call on 0203 598 1515. We'll run through a few extra security checks over the phone with you.
If you aren't able to call us, we'll need proof of your new bank details. This can be done in one of the following ways:
- send us a pre-printed paying in slip showing your sort code, account number and name registered on your account
- send us a cheque marked void showing your sort code, account number and name registered on your account
- send us an original bank statement, dated within the last three months, showing your bank, branch, sort code, account number, name and address
- send us a printout or copy of a recent bank statement bearing an official bank branch stamp showing your name and address
Please mark your document with 'Change of bank details' and include your account number 'NEXX0000' (first four letters, last four numbers) - visible from your dashboard once signed in.
Then send your documents to us at:
2nd Floor - Vox Studios
1‐45 Durham Street
Please be aware that withdrawal requests made alongside a request to change bank details may be delayed while the evidence for the change is processed. Where a withdrawal request is made before money has been invested, we will only pay back to the originating bank details.
We may amend this policy from time to time without further notice to you.
If you have a Pension:
Please send us one of the following:
an original bank statement, dated within the last month, showing your bank, branch, sort code, account number, name and address
or a printout or copy of a recent bank statement dated within 3 months bearing an official bank branch stamp showing your name and address
