In order to deactivate your account, simply drop us a Nutmail from the secure area of your account, you can also email email@example.com. It's worth noting that if you have had investments with us, then you're not able to deactivate or close your account until at least six months after your last withdrawal to allow any dividend credits to reach your account - refer to the withdrawals page.
