If a bank transfer you sent has not appeared as cash in your Nutmeg account after three working days, it is likely that the funds have been received by our bank, Barclays, but there are some details missing.
We'll write you a Nutmail to check what you want to do with the money. If for some reason you don't hear from us, please get in touch.
Any received, but unallocated funds which have not been allocated within 10 days are typically returned to the original bank account.
Debit card payments
Debit card payments can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. This will show as 'in progress contributions' while the payment is still being processed. When your money arrives this will show as 'new cash to be invested' before it is invested at the next twice weekly trading cycle. We typically trade Monday and Thursday but this is subject to change without notice.
